INFERIOR QUALITY HANDSET

I have purchased NOKIA-2330 handset on 8-7 from Planet Telecom, Shop No.1, A.J.Complex, CTS No.281, Near Navi Peth, Navi Peth, Pune-411 030. From the last one year, the handset given problems frequently. I have given handset to NOKIA care centre FOUR times, but the problem is still there. Before expiry of waranty, I requested shopkeeper to replace the handset. But he refused to do so.
