Display issue

Dear sir,

i am kishan vora from rajkot. i have new nokia 2690 handset. display of this handset crimpling. i got it on nokia care of rajkot city but i am not setisfied of service. i have no service sheet number. i apologize for that. now what can i do? plz help me for my problem.
