I would like to bring your kind attention that I have given my Nokia handset 2700 for review & look into the problem because there was no display after 2 months of purchase. I bought this set on Jan 14th & it’s display was not coming from March 29th. I would request if my data can be recovered from the handset as it is very important for me.
If data recovery is not possible, kindly arrange me replace my handset with new Nokia 2700 Since it was only two months of purchase from Planet M Retail Ltd, Shipra Mall, Npida, UP, India (Bill No. 8954, dt 14/01). I have all trust in Nokia products & services as I have been very old customer & my entire family members uses nokia products but this time my faith was not remain as before due to product & services offered to me.
I have given this handset for repair on April 10th & was advised that it will be handed over to me in 7-8 days but till date there is no information about this job sheet number. Yesterday when I called up the nokia care centre, it was told that someone will call you by evening but still there is no response.
At this point of time & being a esteemed customer of NOKIA, please advise me what to do. Looking forward for your response as soon as possible.
