Dear Sir,
i am facing a terible problem with my Nokia 2700 classic which i had bought from a leading mobile shoppee in Durgapur. The problem is that my mobile's speaker is not working properly.whenever i am going to play the mp3 song via my mobile speaker its got cracked and the sound is not coming clearly. I was going to your concern Nokia Care which is at Durgapur (Benachity) but they were unable to solve the problem and when i complained that its not got solve yet they behaved rudley with me and gave a conclussion which is not acceptable at all. So this is my heartily request to you please look into that mater and take proper and necesary steps...
