Unable to play streaming video on internet

Dear sir,

i am using aircel unlimied pocket internet on my nokia 2700 classic, but i am unable to play streaming videos in my cell.i asked aircel customer care they said it is cell phone problem.so sir kindly tell me settings r suggest any software that will play streaming videos in internet and my browser is opera mini 4.2
