Handset not returning since 25 jan

Dear sir,

I have submitted my nokia handset model no 3110c on 25 jan to Nirmal

enterpises LIA complex 2nd floor P.P compound Ranchi-1, Jharkhand (contact no:06512332090), Email: [email protected]

they told me, u can receive your handset within 15 days but it is 50days passed and they are not returning my handset.

whenever I contact to service center they make excuses and delay..

So, I request u, sir, please take necessary action
