Dear Sir
This is Prof P.K. Nanda (retd) professor from NIT Rourkela and currently working a s a professor at department of ECE, ITER, Siksha O Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar. I procured amobile set of 3120 in Dec (may be 19th) with 3g facility costing Rs7210/ form a shop at bapuji Nagar. Afrer 10 days the audio was out of order. I could find time after one month and went to nokia care and got it repaired. It got disconnected automatically after two weeks and again after a two/three weeks it was up automatically. Now again it is disconnected. I am really fade up with a mobile set. When I contacted the shop owner, they refuse and just tell go to Nokia care.
How many time I would visit nokia care and after a year I have to pay again and again and so disgusted because of my hectic schedule. It seems I have to throw this cell and go for a new one wasting time and money within four months.
This indeed makes me feel so bad about a company lauding everything.
Could you please do something to change the mobile or I have to reject it and go for a new set with a disgruntled and disappointed with Nokia.
Pl. let me know. This tarnishes the image of Nokia.
