sub: malfunctioning in NOKIA-5130
SIR,
i have purchased nokia 5130 last year in dec.
since then i have been facing few problems in my handset
* it does hang very often.
* the contacts stored are not displayed, or get hidden automatically.
but while dialing that particular no. the name on that is displayed.
but still phonebook denies the existence of such a name.
with this problem i have visited few times to ur nokia care at rudrapur.
they just update the software, it woks for few days but then again the same problem persists.
i have updated the software few times, but it seems a continuous process.which is not possible for me to go to your nokia care every month.
hence you are requested to kindly rectify my problem permanently or change my handset at the earliest.and maintain our faith in your company.
