Nokia 5130
Charged extra amount-despite warranty existing

Dear Sir

My nokia 5130 set had developed a problem and the LCD kept glowing. This was a software problem and nokia care just needed to relaod the software, for which they charged me RS 450. This should have been done for free as the warranty was still there. They claimed that there were traces of water inside so I had to pay that amount.

Please help.
