Memory card locked

Hello...

this is a very bad experiance with nokia with doing anything my memory card locked. I don't even put any password on it .i buy my nokia 5130c-2 v06.94 on 24-jan, what should i do now, where should i complain, i want it to be o k .please do the need full help me at any how please.
