Dear Sir/ Madam,
I purchase Nokia 5230 mobile before four months. The mobile was dropped by me to a liquid and it lost its function. In fucntion there was no any signal detected, means everything in the phone (Musicplayer, Radio, camera, Charging) is working but the signal only is not detected. So i gave it to the NOKIA care, but after 10 days they gave it me back and said the mobile cannot be repaired ALTHOUGH IT IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD.
Its really hectic becasue i have to lost 7500 Rs. There is no any benefits, i lost whole money... Nokia should either repair my mobile or return my money... I cannot afford such lose of 7500 Rs.
The experience was really bad one and now I have decided never to buy Nokia handsets because of this kind of service and also will advice others not to buy...
Please help me...
