Mobile Missing while going to Market

Hi,

My Nokia Mobile is missing while me and my brother were going to Market for shopping purpose in RT Nagar, Bangalore, hence i went and filed a complaint in RT Nagar Police station than i filled Insurance claim form later i mailed to your Office on 25/5, However i have not got any confirmation so please let me know about my Claim status..
