SUBJECT-NOKIA CARE MAKING FOOL OF US
(1) AS MY HANDSET WAS SWITCHED OFF AFTER TWO HOURS OF CHARGING, I WENT NOKIA CARE FIRST TIME, THEN THEY ERASED THE DATA AND TOLD THAT IT HAS BEEN OK BY UPDATING THE SOFTWARE.
(2) THEN I CAME BACK, SAME DAY IT WAS NOT WORKING AFTER TWO HOURS.
(3) AFTER THAT I WENT THERE AFTER THREE DAYS THEN THEY ASKED TO SUBMIT THE PHONE FOR 15 DAYS AND THEN I SUBMITTED THE PHONE ON 27.01.2011 AND THEY DELIVERED THE SET AFTER SEVENTEEN DAYS.
(4) WHEN AFTER THAT I CAME BACK TO HOME, THEN SAME DAY IN NIGHT IT WAS AGAIN SWITCHED OFF.
(5) THEN WHEN I AGAIN VISITED THERE, THEN ASKED ME TO CAHNGE THE BATTERY, THEN I REPLACED IT AT SAME MOMENT AND NOW THE BATTERY STAND BY TIME IS ONLY 4 HOURS WITHOUT ANY ACTIVITY (WHICH SHOULD BE 10-15 HOURS) WHILE ITS WORKING TIME IS ONLY 1 HOUR (WHICH SHOULD BE 4-8 HOURS).
(6) NOW AFTER ONE DAY THE NETWOK OF PHONE IS NOT WORKING, THEN I VISITED AT NOKIA CARE THEN AGAIN THEY SUBMITTED MY BATTERY AND PHONE ON 19 FEB AND ASKED TO REPAIR IT UPTO 1ST OF MARCH BUT NOW I WANT ANSWER THAT R WE PEOPLE FOOL WHO WILL VISIT AGAIN AND AGAIN TO NOKIA CARE AFTER SIX MONTHS OF NEW PHONE?
I HOPE TO GET POSITIVE RESULTS FROM CONSUMER COURT
