i, dhiraj goyal. from dehradun, having a nokia 5233 puchase last year in august still nw, my set is in waranty period.
last three days, i face some problem in my handset, sometime display become off and on.
yesterday, i visit the nokia care center, near clock tower, abvoe Mehta watch company, dehradun, uttrakhand.i give the details of talking between me and ur nokia care employee in points&-
1. when i reach there, i talk to ur nokia care person, that i m facing the problem in my handset regarding screen,
she talk to me, if i pay here Rs.550/-, then i m in prior customer of nokia, then changed in three days, otherwise u wait upto 15 days or more than 15 days. tell me, it is necessary to anyone to pay Rs.550/- to every customer to make nokia prior customer.
2. later on, i talk to Mr. neeraj (noika care head of north), he told me, that nothing is policy like that. i again visit the nokia care centre.
3. then mohini verma attend me (nokia care incharge). she told me, that i will change ur display, but ur all number has been distroyed,
4. if display creating the problem, then why u formet my set and distroyed my all data. it is not a factor to satisfy the customer.
5. i use my mobile, to retrieve my number in laptop thourgh data cable. and i visit the nokia care third time.
6. she told me that u open ur handset out side the nokia care, so i did not give ur display in warranty and u can go nw.
nw u tell me, that ur nokia care centre is open for customer frustration or customer satisfaction.
give me answer as soon as possbile
otherwise i take another action regarding ur nokia care centre and there employees
