Dear sir,
I would like to inform you that my son purchased nokia mobile model no:5130, IMEI No:353421045665131, on dt. 23.03. after five months this set become faulty. So this set was sent for repair to Nokia care Sri co mmunication, by pass, bhadrak, odisha; from where it was sent to Nokia service centre Bhubaneswar. After a month the set had been returned back to Nokiacare Sri co mmunication without repair and till date its been there. I tried to contact them several times regarding the matter but did not get any positive response. Besides this their arrogant behaviour towards customer upsets me a lot.
Please look into this and resolve the matter at the earliest. I shall be obliged for your prompt action.
