Same problem occured

I m prabhjeet singh (9818235950) i h ave purchased nokia 5310 handset in july after 4th month there is problem occured in which my phone get hanged after it will not on. i have given in nokia care 4th time but same problem occured. and the behaviour is not good at all

so please help me
