Reg: Replacement of NOKIA-5530 B.Red (Purchased in Feb) roughly handled and used by Nokia Care People, Situated at Mehsana, Gujarat, India.
Dear Sir,
I am using NOKIA 5530 B.RED Instrument which is purchased on dt. 16/02/10, From Rangoli Enterprise, Mehsana, (Gujarat) having bill no 3642, bill book no-37, amounting Rs. 11850/-, having IMEI NO 358307036508866.
Just before 15 days there is a problem of hanging in instrument, which is frequent in nature, so I have contacted NOKIA CARE Mehsana, Gujarat, and they retained it for repair. I have inquired about it over phone and personally, but they replied that “instrument is under repair at Delhi, and as soon as they got it they delivered to me.
Just before two days I got the instrument, but surprisingly I observed that my instrument is being handled very roughly, some body also use it as there is lots of Name of Unknown People appear in phonebook memory with their nos, So may scratches over the body, and upper part of the body is very loosen. I can’t use the screen touch properly due to it. Original screen guard is also missing.
Since last two days and since from the delivery I am trying to convince the Nokia care People that to sort out the problems, but surprisingly instead of helping Customer they are using very rough and negative language over phone also.
I am not such a person to tolerate such nonsense behavior. Before making any issue, either media or litigation I am requesting the company people to look in to the matter and arrange to replace my NOKIA Instrument immediately.
