I hv purchase nokia 5530 last month 15 may and i am facing the prob with same day first is camera key has been not working the i am take the nokia care help he tak my handset hand repair the key and deliver my se after 12 to 15 (7 june) then he give not my set she return scared scrath set and i am object you this is not my she said sir this return from nokia side this is urs i am take the delivery and next i was see the set is loose packed also i hv to go nokia care ans show my prob she take my handset and give more time, but sir now i am not take this set i want to repalce my handset not repair plz help me.
