Nokia 5800
Hanging issues

Sir,

I am using Nokia 5800 Xpress music from last November and i have been facing issue from the same day,

i have purchased that mobile from Digital World Panajim, and same day i have showed them that there is a hanging issues in My cell and after hanging the Screen becomes rainbow type and finally it automatically swithoff.

I need to solve this issue as soon as possible as i have really bored from facing this issues.
