I have submitted my phone Nokia 5800 IMEI no is 356910037621836 to SS services 96/2, star press building chunniganj Kanpur, during the call my phone was heating and then switched off. my phone is still in warranty they know very well because i extended the warranty. ON job sheet there is mention that phone is in warranty but after 10 days they are saying your phones warranty avoid and it cant be repair.

please help me
