I have Purchased Nokia 5800 Xpress Music on 14-10-09 from Planet M Retail Ltd, No 1707, Banashankari 1st stage, 2nd Block, 80ft road, srinivasanagar, Bangalore-50 vide Invoice No 2025. I had problem with my head set and i requested for replacement on 25th oct 09 and it they said it would take 10 days and till date they are saying another 2 days and not yet replaced my head set and the outlet has also been closed and there is no response. please do me the favour at the earliest.
