Non refund of amount

A purchased a bid pack of Rs 992/- and payment made in advance by debit card. I could not win the bid and presently message being shown that I have 0 bid. What about the refund. I should get back the amount Rs.992/-. After passing three days, neither refund action has been initiated nor any information on refund is received by me. Please do needful. Thanks
