Touch not working properly

I had purchased a Nokia 5800 2months before, from the 1st week itself i had found complaints with the set & serviced for 3 times from nokia service but the complaint remaims same. i cant accept when on incoming calls using touch or to make it silent & also the set is getting hang, to make it clear we want to remove the battery . wat i want to do next...
