Nokia's Poor Product Quality and Customer Service

I've Bought New Nokia 5800 Xpress Music on 7th of October and its awesome but after a month on 9th of November the mobile set has some problem. The mobile set was Switched off Automatically and after when i switched on i can see only white screen. So i go to the Nokia Care Pathankot (Punjab) and they sent the set to the headoffice and told me that we will be back you after 25 days but when i go to the nokia care after 25 days they told me that your mobile set has some physical damage but my mobile was ok and not having any damage because when i was gave to the nokia care pathnankot the set was absolutely in fine condition and now after 3 months they still kept my set and not back give it to me.
