Nokia service center not responding to my handset problem with an assurance

Sir,

I had purchased nokia 5800 xpress music touchscreen in the month of October, since that time my new hadset is not working properly whenever any data is uploaded in the set, it automatically gets formatted, n in this way all my important details are also lost everytime, n because of this i had send the handset about 5 times to the dealer from whom i purchased n when the problem was not solved i took it to the nokia care center, bt they are again just wastin my time they are not willing toh replace my handset, presently i have send my handset to Delhi via nokia care for 15 days to get it replaced but i m not sure that my problem would be solved... sir please help me i m facing a lot of problems in the job also because of my cel... i wish and expect a positive response from your side...
