Block IMEI Number and Kindly trace the mobile

I would like to make a complaint regarding my lost mobile phone.

I lost my mobile phone while travelling on 11th April between 10.30 to 11.30 am in Pune. I have lodged an FIR with Police. Please find the details of the mobile phone below.

Mobile Number: 09422001434 BSNL

IMEI Number: 353235011279887

I blocked the Sim cardas soon as it is lost and I got the duplicate sim (for the same number 09422001434) from BSNL on 12th April.

Kindly request you to trace and find the mobile. Please block the mobile using the IMEI number mentioned above.

Please treat this as my complaint and I request to take necessary action to get back the mobile. Please let me know if you need any additional information.
