Miss behaviour in Nokia care

Hi,

This is Ashish Shah. I have purchased one Nokia 6080 EMI is 35625801567371 on 13th Sept. 2009 from Mobile Store Pachim Vihar Opp jwala heri market New Delhi. I believe on nokia blindly with their services and robustness. But just after four month, the handffree started giving troubles. I approach to the nearest service center that is at Nokia care, B-1, market Pachimvihar on 27/01. I meet their to Mrs Sarita Rawat She Said that my phone warranty is expair on 01 jan. I saw her my bill but she said warranty is expaird when i said to give me in written she said i will charged 180 Ruppes then she will write, after long arrgument Mr. mukesh came who seniou of sarita, and he said that the handfree is not of nokia 8060 model.

I am not at all expect this type of services in current totally service who take 180 ruppes for written material on lettar head. Being a word class company please look into the matter. And do the needful as early as possible. So that I can remain my faith in your company.
