I am Khadija Champa. I am highly pissed off with my Nokia 6220C. I bought this phone in October within a month the phone started to hang, the camera cover was loose, also the body became loose. I had to submit the phone to Nokia care in start of November. Nokia care took a month to get my phone back. They were not able to resolve the problem and hence Nokia provided me a new handset of the same model by the end of November. Again in January the phone started with its problems. This time worst. It started to hang atleast 5-6 times a day. No network reception. The battery was terrible. The battery dint even last for 20hrs. I submitted back to nokia care. They did nothing.returned back my phone in 3 days with no improvement. I had even launced a complain with nokia care line. Complain no.: 1-10504547127. I had stil the same non working phone. I spent 13000 for this junk and now NOKIA doesnt want to help.

For a summary, till the time I bought this phone I have not even used the phone satisfactorili for a month. For most of the time it was with Nokia CAre.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR REPLACE MY PHONE WITH A DIFFERENT NOKIA HANDSET OF THE SAME VALUE...

THIS IS THE WORST NOKIA EXPERIENCE ANYONE CAN HAVE...
