I purchased Nokia 6303 Classic handset on 12.08.2009 vide Invoice No. SI/IXM/2194 dt. 12.08.2009 of M/s. Sangeetha Mobiles Private Ltd., at Madurai. The boot failure Problem started ln 10th December (hardly 3months) and from then on approaching Nokia Care, (M/s Communications Solutions, Madurai) where they sent to Head Office for board replacement once, Software reinstalled 4 times and again and again it was occuring. Latest on 05.02.2010 again sent to Head Office and got it repaired back on 13.02.2010. Today ie. 16.02.2010 again the set has failed. Again I am hesitant to go for serviceing, only replacement of set alone I wish. Whom to contact and how to claim Replacment please.
