Long time delay in service

I purchase a phone on 10 june. i found a problem in a phone regarding theme of media player. in a media player two themes are exist but only one theme is working when we select first theme then after that second theme cannot work and when we select again first theme then first theme never come back and there is a display of blocks in place of lyrics of songs.up to today there is no progress in service.
