Nokia 7210
A new mobile repalced by nokia care by an old modile

Dear sir, madam,

Please take this as very serious matter, four past 4 to 5 years we are using nokia, recently i brought Nokia 7210 and it given me trouble after 1 month i have given mobile for repair. after some days the have called me and informed that the same mobile will be replaced. when i gone for replacing the have given me some other mobile which have an different serial number. kindly take an action, to protect your customers by providing good service.
