Dear Sir/Madam
i bought new Nokia 7210 supernova handset in Feb & in Nov its suddenly switched off so i
switch on it but after switch on its showing "contact service error" so i go to the Nokia care center at
Vileparle-Mumbai they said that your mobile have hardware problem so it will be charge you
1800 to 2000 Rs. but after spending that much we are not sure that you phone will be ok
so my complaint is that nokia has to give my money back which i have spend to buy on this handset
otherwise i am ready to pay 1800 to 2000 Rs. when my mobile get repaired
