Reg- Untrained customer care employs and no electricity backup.
Sir,
Today I have visited Nokia care Maa Communication B-36 guru nanak pura east Delhi, for repairing of my mobile that is on under warranty. When I entered that center I took my token number on time but I found that customer care employs are so untrained and they are giving more then 30 minutes to one customer first time I found so slow customer care server.
Second when they repaired my mobile suddenly power cut happened and they cat able to make job card because they don’t have generator after two and half hours I moved out and didn’t got my mobile because of bad service station of Nokia.
Really I never ever buy Nokia in my life or I want to say one thing to you one satisfied customer make one thousand satisfied customer but one unsatisfied makes one lakes.
