Repeated problem in mobile handset

Respected Sir / Madam,

I had bought a Nokia 7610 supernova on January 09 [imei-356388029723714] In the month of july, 09 i submitted my phone as it was getting overheated thrice the local service centre could not repair it then they had sent the handset to their main service centre on 25th july it could not be repaired so i was given a new handset in october, 09 [new Imei-356388023837452] . Recently my phone refused to switch on. On consulting nokia care centre they said that the handset was faulty, they had tried to repair but they failed again the next day the same problem appeared, i am sick of this harrasment every time the phone is submitted to the the centre it takes a few months to get it back. It would be nice if i will be issued any aother model of similar features. This model seems to be faulty. However the Nokia helpline told me that issue of another model is the discretion of the company. I think it is not justified as the, odel seems to be disrupting every time i am trying to use it or else they should refund me the price i had bought the phone for.
