Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I had purchased Nokia 6300 mobile from M/s. Redial Shop, near Stadium Circle in June. Recently, while updating software from net my internet connection was down and consequently the said mobile was totally dead. There was no any fault in my mobile and the same was in working order prior to the above incident.
So, I immediately went to M/s. Bohara Communication (Nokia Care), near Stadium Circle in the morning of 6th December and surrendered my mobile for repairing. When I went to collect the same on the following day, it was not repaired. The executive told me that water in the mobile had caused internal damage and hence not repairable.
I then took back my mobile and gave it the local repairer, who returned the same to me within three hours, duly repaired by charging Rs.300/- only. The mobile is now working in proper order.
I am greatly shocked about the lack of service offered by your Service Centre, particularly service after sale of your product. It is more astounding that when a local repairer can repair the mobile, why can’t your renowned service centre?
