I have submitted my NOKIA C6-00 for the problem of nonworking touchpad, on 10th September.
I had already submitted complaint here before that they are asking 15 days to get it fixed, someone from nokiaindiadigitalmarketing commented on my complaint and as per what he/she said I mailed on " [email protected] ".
They said just give your handset to NOKIA CARE and we will follow up your case.
Within couple of hours I went to NOKIA CARE, submitted my handset and gave my job sheet number and few other details to " [email protected] ", because they asked me to do so.
After 2 days I received a call and the NOKIA person said me that, "THERE IS NO OTHER WAY THAT WE CAN GET IT FTXED FAST, PART IS NOT AVAILABLE SO ""YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT."" "
Is this what a customer expect?
MY NEW PHONE WILL NEVER BE NOKIA. " NEVER-EVER "
