About memory card

I bought a nokia X2. after afew days I found vedioclips are not supporting, so I went the nokia care at amreli, they told mr that my mobiles memory card is not working properly so we will give u a new memory card after one week. but they give me a old memory card instead of new memory card.by this way they cheat me. so do needfull for this. with hope full reply. my name is gaurang pawar: 919727716005
