Switched off automatically while talking

Dear sir,

i bought my mobile set NOKIA EXPRESS MUSIC 5130 on 16 march from bahraich nokia centre. while talking on mobile it automatically switched off after few minutes, this problem occurs thrice aweek. I shown my mobile to nokia center in bahraich but they haven't taken it seriously and told me that it happens sometimes. but till now also i m suffering from this prob even now also, i m too tired now plz help me whatever detail u want i'll provide u.
