Hello, Iam facing some problems with my Nokia 5530 Xpress Music phone with its Message Vibration Alert and its tone, Iam not being able to receive the alert for the incoming messages and the handset is fine with the other things like calls and somethings, PLEASE HELP ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND IT WOULD BE SO KIND OF YOU PLEASE.
