Dear Sir,
I had given my mobile handset for repair at Nokia "Care" center, Indiranagar Bangalore on 15 June 10.
The promised delivery was 16 Jun 10.
When i went to the service center few days after the due date they told me that it was not ready.
I was told they would call me and confirm. They never called me.
I followed up and called them numerous times each time i was told " I will call back and confirm tomorrow"
The tomorrow never came. I called them back several times
Today was the limit- After failing to call me i called the agent again. He spoke to me rudely in a manner to threaten and intimidate.
It could be possible they have lost the phone or are using for their personal use.
It has become impossible to deal with these people and there is no peace of mind.
If this is the manner a reputed service center treats the consumer there will be no option but to ask for help.
Please consider this matter as this is a threat to all the common consumers that are dependent on this product.
