I bought the nokia N 97 MODEL on Aus1st and the hand set was with nokia service centre on 4th Aug. It was submitted through the Nokia Priority Dealer Universal, White Field, Bangalore. The job sheet card number from Universal was 37668.
Finally i got the hand set back and it was told that software has been upgraded. No details was provided after asking several time.
Again i faced 2-3 issue and the same mobile was with nokia service centre on Sep 7. The job card number from universal was 37671. Meanwhile i called Nokia Care several times between Sep 8 to Sep 13. The complaint number from nokia was 1-11154263879. What i realized that nokia care took all the information from me about the problem and when i am asking for status and what solution being provided by nokia they are asking the computerized complaint number and when i tried to talk the manager of customer care excecutive they are not allowing me to do that.
I have spent 18500/- Rs for this mobile and what service and information i am getting from Nokia. Really it is frustating for me. Pl help me in this reagrd and let me know the Head of nokia bangalore reapir and services so that i can put my case to them.
