This is to informe you that i m diwaker purchased a DVD player of Philips on 6 sep 2010. at your store no body given me the demo of that perticular DVD player. as i cheked that system at home its not working properly then i went to your store on 7 sep 2010. some Mr. aman met me thier and said he will replace that but on the other day when i reached their with the system thier is no body to lesson my problem i was told that mr. aman sits in noida & its not possible to replace that system. then some body from customer care come & said we will try to do same. but its 5 days now nothing happened till yet. today i went to your store Mr. amit sail still want 2 days time.
