Inferior handset quality and even inferior services

I purchased a Nokia N97-Mini. Within the warranty period, I faced operational issues with the phone. I submitted it to Service Centre for repair.

They returned me the phone without repairing the problem. I submitted it again. They called me to collect it and that it has been repaired but I found problem is again not resolved. So I requested them to forward it to technical team. After repair activity by technical team also for more than a week, the problem was not resolved.

Hence I requested the company to replace the handset with a new handset or return my money back, given that it is in warranty period and they are unable to solved the problem.

Post this I was asked to take a Nokia C-700 in place of my Nokia N97-Mini because N97 has been discontinued at their end. I requested them that I am not comfortable with this handset since it a fully touch screen handset. The service centre said we cannot solve this probelm, please contact Customer Care Helpline. There I was given the assurance that this handset is as good and I should try it for 2 days and then decide. So I co-operated and got ready to try out the handset for 2 days. BUt the Service Centre refused to hand over the handset to me and also misbenhaved me. I was humiliated in their centre. They started speaking in Kannada (I dont know what all abuses would have done in a different language). I requested them that please talk to your Customer care and go as they have said. They refused. Hence I called Customer Care againa nd requested them to speak but they refused to speak to anyone.

It has been 25 days since I gave the phone for repair 4th time and still my problem is no resolved, I have to suffer the damage in daily life due to absence of my phone. Only reply I get from Customer Cae is it has been escalated to next level.

I have never been this troubled with any device, no matter what the price. In this case I have spent Rs18000 on the handset and in return I have gotten no redreassal of complaint, misbehaviour, humiliation and I still dont have a phone!
