Battery without seal and warranty card

I bought one battery BL - 4B from Nokia care centre, Tirmala bye pass road, He has given open batttery without seal and no warrantycard, No proper bill, bill given in estimation slip. Is it justified that too from nokia care centre please resolve the issue.
