I Gaurav purchased Nokia (C5) from Top 10 located in bhyander.. 26 -09 within 2 day handset was dead. hanset was fowarded in servise center so it return back to me after 12 days and then again within 3 hours mobile was completely dead and was send in cervise center located in Miraroad.as per Jobsheet No 575504867/101021/138 date 21-oct. I was been comitted that i will be geeting a new handset with complete NEW imei No.. when contaacted 1 week i was been given a false commitment with Miraroad BRANCH manager. So i wanted a new Handset. As there was defect in the hanset.
