Dear Sir / Madam,
I am Mr. Sachin Pathare using Nokie - N8 Handset from last 3 months. I got some problem in last month for touch pad was not working. I submit my Nokia cellphone to Nokia care Branch at Borivali (west) Shimpoli rd, Mumbaion 6th june.they sent my cell to Delhi headoffice of nokia for repaire. It has came back on 16 th june and repaired i checked my phone touch pad is working properly but outgoing calls audio was not working that earlier its working then i submited the same in your nokia care again on 17/06.I call so many times in nokia care at borivali west, shimploi rd branch, mumbai but there is no reply from your side from last 8 days. I met the there to Miss. Mary nad she has confirm me she will update my cell repaired condition. again i waited for 4 days for her call and tried to contact hert on given no.but there is no rply from your nokia care. Finaly Miss. Mary Has picked up her fphone nad confirmed me that my cell is repeaired and its with them so i can collect the same. again i visited nokia care on 29/06 and i received my handset but that time they told me that my handset got swap (they have changed internal board) without inform me. I have purchased this handset only 3 months back and m having this geniuan problems in handset so why should i use this repeaired hanset that they have changed everything inside if i have faced another problem in swap handset then why shoukde i visit them again. I have aready spent my months time behind this normal issue. The nokia care is doing pathatic srvice to csutomer i submited my cell to soal minor touch pad problem and they created another 3 paroblems.what type of service nokia care providing to there customer. I am using nokia phones from last ten years now its puting down repution of big brand like nokia. I have spent Rs.23500/- on this above mobile nad they are giving me swap handset.
I just want request you to get my problem resoul on urgent basis and i request to give me a new phone of nokia N8.
