Third similar failure in a month

I purchased a Nokia E71 phone around August. It has failed for the third time within Dec. It was fixed at Nokia customer care at Adyar, Chennai. The same problem keeps coming in. It is frustating to spend Rs. 17, 000 on what was sold as a latest phone and get a totally useless equipment that is unreliable. In my last 14 years of using mobile phones, I have never come across such a lousy piece. Now, I need a new phone to be replaced.
