Memory Card Replacement

I Recently Bought a Nokia N79 and after a month or so found my memory card faulty then i went to Nokia care centre A.A Electronics in Amritsar Gave them my Memory Card On 5th December and Today i.e. 23rd December there is no response from the Company About the Arrival Of the New Memory Card. My job sheet no. is 170433527/091205/19.
