This complaint is regarding my new Nokia Mobile handset - N97 (IMEI # 358226031465197)- that i purchased from an outlet of Mobile Store at Shopper's Stop in Luckhnow.

The cost of this mobile is Rs.29, 349/- But it started giving technical problems just after two days from the date of purchase. After searching a little bit over the internet, I have come to know that some problems are hardware related

problem and others are software related problems. The silliest among all the problem being, the phone restarts itself automatically after a glitch, which is very annoying.

Currently, I am located in Bangalore. I took this mobile to Nokia care center - twice. Those people told me that its a software related issue and took the phone from me to upgrade the software. They returned the mobile to me after doing that. But when they handed the phone back to me, at first time I found physical damages on the phone like scratches and second time, the slide screen had become loose from one side.

When I reported this to respective Nokia Care Center Managers, they replied that this has not happened by their employees.

When I asked the manager about the scratches, he argued with me and didn't even hand me the documents like job sheet etc.

This behaviour of the product as well of the sales persons is not acceptable for any user. Specially when I have spent such an amount on this phone.

The job sheet no of the second service is 309465550/100106/5 and date of service is 06/01.

Well, after two times service and given them for long time. Problem not yet resolved. Still mobile restarts itself and hangs no of times. When I requested for replacement of the same, Nokia people refused the same. I paid very high amount for this mobile and really not willing to continue with that piece which has lot of issues.

I prefer, either I get my money back from the organisation or they should provide me brand new mobile.
