I have purchased mobilehandset7310cblue supernova in month of April from nokia priority, satara, maharashtra. In month of Oct i experinced probem in working of keys. It was impossible to dial numbers and even send messages and carrying out other functions too.i were sent to Nokia care center, there experince was exacerpating.my handset was sent for repair iwere told i, ll be informed about its status within aweek and i 'll get it back within 2 weeks. But after 3weeks there was no feedback.eventhough warrantyperiod is not over i were not given any substitute handset even on demand. after a month i finally got my handset back, that too on my own followup, but no body cared to inform me.now again within 2months handset is having same problem, again it has been sent for repair, again i am without any substitute handset. i am sure this time also the handset will come again to fail in its functioning.its warranty period will get over at March end.before it i would like my handset to be replaced by another one.
